In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining employee records, managing payroll, and addressing employee concerns, all while using tools like BambooHR and QuickBooks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, including completing documentation and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Support payroll processing using QuickBooks and other relevant software.
• Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and contribute to workforce planning.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and analytics.
• Support the HR team in any additional projects or initiatives as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an agribusiness or related industry.
• Familiarity with HR software such as BambooHR, QuickBooks, and other payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
