In this role, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, inspecting work areas, and providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters. You will also be involved in incident investigations and reporting, as well as maintaining and updating our HSE management system. With your expertise and dedication, you will help us achieve our goal of zero accidents and zero harm.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Investigating incidents and accidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitoring and reporting on health, safety, and environmental performance metrics.
• Maintaining and updating the HSE management system, including documentation and records.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or the Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
