📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs for collections agents.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of our agents.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to agents.
• Mentor and guide agents to help them achieve their full potential.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in collections.
• Collaborate with the management team to align training programs with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of collections processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Certification in collections training or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
