As a Commis de Salle, you will be the backbone of our dining room, ensuring that every guest experiences exceptional service and a memorable culinary journey. In this role, you will work closely with our head servers and sommeliers, learning the ins and outs of our menu, wine pairings, and service standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head servers in delivering exceptional table service, including taking orders, presenting dishes, and ensuring timely service.
• Learn and memorize the menu, wine pairings, and service standards to provide accurate and efficient service.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure dishes are presented promptly and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with the sommelier to recommend and serve the perfect wine pairings for each course.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including setting and clearing tables.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
• Support the front-of-house team with any additional tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably as a server or commis de salle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Enthusiasm for fine dining and a passion for culinary arts.
