📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring each cup meets our high standards of quality and taste.
• Master the use of our espresso machines, including the Breville Barista Express, to create a wide range of coffee drinks.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
• Train and mentor new team members to uphold our high standards of coffee service.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new coffee menu items and promotions.
• Ensure a clean and inviting workspace by following our strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting each customer with a warm smile and addressing their needs promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our coffee program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and creativity.
• Familiarity with espresso machines, including the Breville Barista Express, and other coffee equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to create exceptional coffee experiences for our customers.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
