Databricks is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our State and Local team. This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional who is passionate about helping organizations leverage data and AI to drive business success. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the State and Local government sector.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer relationships and market intelligence.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.,Develop and present compelling proposals, including pricing and packaging strategies, to secure new business.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and successful sales process for target accounts.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to the sales leadership team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product offerings to position Databricks as the leader in the data and AI space.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Proven experience in sales, account management, or a similar role within the technology industry.,Strong understanding of the State and Local government sector, including key pain points and opportunities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.,Familiarity with data and AI technologies, including Databricks products and services, is a plus.,Ability to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings and events.,Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
