📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and file tax returns for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide expert tax advice to clients, helping them to understand their tax obligations and optimize their tax strategies.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company and clients are up-to-date with any new requirements.,Conduct tax audits and reviews, and prepare reports on tax positions and risks.,Work closely with the accounting and finance teams to ensure that all financial transactions are properly documented and reported for tax purposes.,Provide training and support to other team members on tax-related matters.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and communications.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a professional firm or government agency.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, including Personal Income Tax (PPh), Corporate Tax (PPh Badan), and Value Added Tax (PPN).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Experience with tax software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or other relevant tax management tools.,Certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications) is a plus.
