PERSOL is seeking a dedicated Serjeant-at-Arms to join our team in Bali. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to combine ceremonial duties with security responsibilities in some of Bali's most prestigious locations.

The Serjeant-at-Arms will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of security and order, as well as overseeing ceremonial events and ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients and guests.

This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about maintaining order, have a strong security background, and enjoy the vibrant culture of Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Enforce security protocols and maintain order at events and venues.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of ceremonial events.
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections.
  • Provide first aid when necessary and coordinate with emergency services.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in the management of access to restricted areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience in security or ceremonial roles is required.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
  • Valid security clearance and certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
