📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing technical support to employees and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects.
  • Training and mentoring junior technicians.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Providing technical documentation and reports.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
  • Certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus.
