Smart Hub Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the Bontang region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
