📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food presentation and hygiene.,Ensure the timely and efficient service of food to customers.,Manage and supervise the work of junior cooks and kitchen staff.,Keep track of inventory and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.,Train and mentor junior staff in cooking techniques and food safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and leadership abilities.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Experience with kitchen management and staff supervision.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
