📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
