Puskesmas Yoga Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our coffee shop and ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the team to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Ensure that all coffee products are of high quality and meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers and staff.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.,Train and develop the store team to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure that the store is aligned with company goals and policies.,Participate in inventory management and ensure that all products are stocked and displayed appropriately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in the coffee industry or a related field.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and products.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Certification in coffee training and quality assurance is a plus.
