Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow,Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines,Monitor and report on operational performance,Manage budgets and resources effectively,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Develop and implement operational improvement initiatives,Handle customer inquiries and complaints,Conduct regular operational audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,2-3 years of experience in operational management or related roles,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with project management tools and software,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
