Sehati Sari Cafe & Coffee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Operations Manager to join our team in Ubud. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our café, from managing daily operations to overseeing staff performance and implementing new initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement new operational procedures and systems to improve efficiency.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and quality products.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote café events and special offers.,Ensure the café maintains a clean and welcoming environment for customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of café operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Passionate about coffee and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
