📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.
• Supervise and train the culinary team to ensure high standards of food preparation.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of food ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve food services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.
• Relevant culinary certification or degree.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
