You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and implement business strategies, manage resources effectively, and drive growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a previous role.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
