📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring safe passage.,Monitor vessel systems and equipment to prevent malfunctions.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and crew activities.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyage schedules.,Provide assistance to the crew during emergency situations.,Participate in crew meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Promote a positive and safe work environment for all crew members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) certificate.,Valid STCW Deck Safety Training (DST) certificate.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Experience in navigating in confined waters is a plus.
