📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and bake a variety of bread and viennoiserie products according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain and clean bakery equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving baking issues to maintain product quality.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and customer demands.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your baking skills.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker or similar role in a bakery or pastry shop.
• Strong knowledge of bread and viennoiserie baking techniques and recipes.
• Familiarity with bakery equipment and tools, such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Valid food handler's certificate or willingness to obtain one.
