📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the creation and delivery of training materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training activities.,Assist in the development of training schedules and calendars.,Support the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
