📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all sales and marketing activities in the Nusa Dua region.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.,Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Familiarity with the retail or hospitality industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
