Sehati Fitri Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support the growth of our coffee business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate suitability.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR department.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Passion for coffee and the ability to represent the company's values and culture.
