In this role, you’ll oversee daily HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. You’ll work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless and supportive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct regular HR audits and implement improvements.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing HR operations in a hospitality or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or Workday is a plus.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
