📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial responsibility and compliance with company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Understanding of HR policies and practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
