📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using the La Marzocco espresso machine and commercial coffee grinder.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in a café or restaurant setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer volume.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
